The result is a stylish, functional jacket with a host of features designed to withstand the elements. Waterproof 3-layer insulation: This jacket is specially designed to be waterproof and offers an insulating layer to keep you comfortably warm.
Water column/breathability 15K/10K: A water column rating of 15K means the jacket can withstand a water pressure of 15,000 mm before becoming permeable. A breathability rating of 10K indicates how well the jacket wicks moisture from the inside to the outside. Generally speaking, a water column rating of 10,000 mm or higher indicates that the fabric is waterproof.
PVC-free: The Auphria Jacket was made without environmentally harmful PVC.
Durable Water Repellent Finish - DWR: The jacket is treated with a durable, water-repellent finish that ensures water droplets roll off rather than penetrating the fabric.
Underarm vents: There are vents under the arms to regulate air circulation and breathability.
Powder snow skirt with stretch at waist and sleeves: A snow skirt on the underside of the jacket and on the sleeves prevents snow from getting in. The stretchy construction ensures sufficient comfort.
Lift ticket compartment on the left sleeve: There is a lockable compartment on the left sleeve in which you can store your lift ticket or other small items.
3 lockable exterior pockets: There are three zippered pockets on the outside of the jacket for secure storage of personal items. Goggle & avalanche transceiver pockets on the inside: There are two dedicated pockets on the inside for ski goggles and an avalanche transceiver.
Adjustable hood and hem: The hood and hem of the jacket can be adjusted to ensure optimal fit and protection from the elements.
Water-resistant SBS nylon zippers: The jacket's zippers are made of water-resistant nylon to provide additional protection against moisture and prevent freezing.
Additional orange zipper pulls included: The jacket comes with additional orange zipper pulls, which may be intended for better visibility in low-light conditions.
